An Agency required compliance support with departmental Audit Readiness requirements.
Solution
Summit identified and mapped IT processes critical to the day to day operations of the Agency’s business. We developed process maps that identified capability gaps and deficiencies within the “as-is” process and provided recommendations for aligning these processes to industry best practices, such as ITIL v.3, CMMI and Lean Six Sigma. Summit delivered recommendations for streamlining the agency’s processes by eliminating redundant and manually-driven steps and migrating to a standards-based, technology driven solution.
