Washington, DC, August 1 – Summit Technologies was awarded an ITES-3S task order to provide systems administration support for the Wisconsin Army National Guard (WIARNG), Recruiting and Retention Brigade (RRB).

This task order (Contract # W52P1J-18-D-A021, Task Order # W912J221F0023) provides systems administration for Windows and WIARNG unique software, troubleshooting of client based issues, system maintenance and upgrades, testing of new software packages on various platforms and configuration of wireless networks. Summit provides support with the creation, configuration and management of objects in Active Directory, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to include the installation, troubleshooting, and repair or replacement of computers and/or peripheral devices. Summit will support the WIARNG RRB in performing an analysis of systems after major upgrades or patch installations by determining its impact to each systems operational status.
